Thanks everyone for the suggestions. More than enough to go on now. For those in Canada, I tracked down a case supplier who happens to have a depot 10 minutes from my house (http://www.blankmedia.ca/CD-DVD-ALUMINUM-STORAGE-CASE-FOR-200-CDS-OR-DVDS-Prodview.html) Haven't seen the case yet, but for $16 I don't think I can go wrong!

Tim,
I was advised by a friend to use the following http://www.powerwerx.com/west-mountain-radio/rigrunner-4005.html which I did...it's fuse protected and can handle the current capacity my two TP 1010 chargers from the Iota 55 power supply. From this same company you can order custom length cables and gauge of your choice with Power Pole connecters already attached if you don't want to invest in an assortment of connectors and the crimping tool.

Thanks Glenn. Any idea where the blue power distribution panel came from in the 2-charger layout? I've seen them in another post, but don't have any source info for them.

Tim,
Got to the following site http://www.electric-f3a.com/, in the middle section of the homepage scroll down until you see the link on building a custom charge box.

I'm starting the process of collecting all the pieces required to build a self-contained field charge box. I'm using an Iota power supply and FMA 10S charger, but really I'm looking for case designs regardless of the gear used. I surfed around RCUniverse, but only found a couple of short threads. If you have a build thread from a forum, please pass it along, or any pics you might have of your own designs.
I'm looking for as many ideas as I can find before I jump in! If this was covered in the past, I apologize - I'm a new convert to e-power for pattern and may have missed it in the past.
Thanks,
Tim Pascoe
