[NSRCA-discussion] D4 Contests - FAI Schedule??

We, Harry Ells, changed the KFactors for P-11 to match up with the P-13 numbers. 
The descriptions of the maneuvers remained P-11, but the scores were correct.

Hey Pete, 

I understand the limitation there, but I'd hate for that to be the constraint. 
 I'm not sure how many FAI will be at the contest but we may want to considers 
some scoring options (manual/spreadsheets) if it's only a few.
