Yes it does.
I would add that one should consider both major elements of the maneuver as defining a single maneuver in regard to centering. Do half the maneuver before show center and the other half, after.
Snaps rolls don't use much sky. The 4/8 and Slow rolls do. I'd suggest that the 4/8 and Slow roll be started before show center.
On the other hand, the new Masters short sequence has a 4/8--Slow roll opposite. This maneuver could be (but doesn't have to be) flown such that center is the knife edge of the reversal. It could be made to look more balanced if you will; BUT, as Mark said, it depends on how fast one wants to roll

That depends on how fast you snap, and how fast you roll. These maneuvers do not have a fixed center point in the maneuver sequence (like say a 4 pt would have) but rather the judge needs to evaluate the length of the entire sequence and determine if it was centered. On these maneuvers, that cannot be done until the maneuver is complete (or at least until they’ve gone past center a longer distance than they started prior to center at which point you’ll know it’s not centered.)
Make sense???

Hello,
I have a question regarding F-11 sequence.
On maneuvers 7 and 13
Snap roll, with 4/8-pt. roll opposite, inverted exit and
Snap roll, with 4-pt. roll opposite, inverted exit
The code says "the maneuver must be centered" where the center occurs?
Regards,
Art
