Thanks so very much for bringing this to my attention.  I was a child when The War was on, my Dad was an engineer with North American Aviation Inglewood, and my sister worked on the flight line scheduling office.  I got to meet Bob Chilton, who was N.A.A.'s chief experimental test pilot (I've never forgotten that--never will) as well as other luminaries of our war effort.  What an experience for a 10 year old who breathed aviation.
When I finished this documentary, I felt as if I had just left Church.

  Not RC related at all but......        For those of you that love P-51s or the WWII era planes, check out this video about the P-51 and our aging Aces from WWII.  Very well done.  About 20 minutes long, not a quick video.
