when The War was on, my Dad was an engineer with North American Aviation
Inglewood, and my sister worked on the flight line scheduling office. I
got to meet Bob Chilton, who was N.A.A.'s chief experimental test pilot (I've
never forgotten that--never will) as well as other luminaries of our war
effort. What an experience for a 10 year old who breathed aviation.</DIV>
