[NSRCA-discussion] Condition in 9ZAP

Thanks everyone for your inputs.  In this particular case, the ATV settings 
in the default condition are in fact other than 100% and subtrims were used 
on all servos to center the output arms.  I'll check that first and if I 
still can't resolve the issue, I'll give Tony a call.  Thanks again.
