[NSRCA-discussion] Charger?

Hey Jim,

I just got a couple of them from China. I haven't used it much yet. I  
am having a problem being able to use the balance charging  
capabilities for some reason. I plug in the balance tabs and it says  
it's overloaded. Anyway, hopefully I can tell you more in the near  
future.
