It is not inexpensive, but I would not be without my Hyperion Duo.

I have the version 1 of this and have updated the software in it (download from Hyperion for free). Seems expensive until you realize it is two chargers with built-in balancers. The nice thing for people running two 5S packs in series, this charger can also balance two packs to each other.
Here is a less expensive option that would also be good, although it is only a single output:

and try E.
What charger is reasonably inexpensive that will do the job?
