Wow that's pretty good Ed. Too bad you had to pay the $50 a pack. Say what???

I've had just one experience.  I bought a set of Zippy's last fall when they were ridiculously expensive at $51 a pack or something like that.  One of the packs on my Cellpro showed IR on one cell only at about 6-7 m-ohms and the others were under 4.  At the time their rule was you had 30 days.  I emailed them within the 30 day period.  They promptly emailed me back with an RMA number and instructions to return the pack.  I sent the pack back (USPO cost about $16) and didn't hear anything from them for over a month.  Then I get an email from them that they've shipped my order with the usual tracking information (I hadn't placed an order).  Within about 3 weeks I had a new pack in my hands with 5 good IR readings.

Haven't seen a lot to complain about.  Though I agree, never order anything that is not in stock.

Ed

I've placed thousands of dollars worth of orders for both myself and friends and in their defense it's been pretty decent if you take into account that the stuff is coming from the other side of the world.
Now you can't expect to have return privileges like say Thunder Power who backs their lipo's up with a performance guarantee. TP's customer service is like dealing with Nordstrom's. Mike

Thank goodness I've never had to use their customer service. I've only ordered what was in stock. I've heard other say that the items were shown as in-stock, but after ordering they were sent an email saying out-of-stock.

 2 to 3 weeks
 Tip:
Never ever place an order that has a backorder on it. They will let the whole think sit for months and never let you know.
 HK's customer service is horrible.
 Prices are un matchable. Mike

I've ordered a couple of times and it was always less than 2 weeks. I always use the cheapest shipping method they offer.
