[NSRCA-discussion] Batteries again

I've had similar good luck with the Flightmax 5000 15C packs. 2 packs weigh in around 1190gms (I have pairs as low as 1170 and one as high as 1204gms).

I do NOT have a lot of flights on any yet. About 40 on my most used pack so far, but I have 5 sets and all seem to be running strong so far. At under $100/flight pack ($39.95 per 5s pack plus about $10 shipping) it's hard not to consider these at least for practice packs. Even if they're only good for 50 flights, that's still under $2/flight.

I'm keeping track of my usage and will report back later in the summer when I have more time on these.

I am flying the 15C Zippy FlightMax 4400s and am amazed with their
performance. My "figure of merit" is how well the airplane does in
the next to last maneuver in the Master class schedule, the 1/2
square loop w/ two 1/2 rolls up. The airplane has more "authority"
here than with any other pack I've flown. They are light and
inexpensive.
