[NSRCA-discussion] Kfactor download

I wish I knew what was going on... sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

We've built a new K-Factor download capability with the new site but we
can't open it up until we've converted all the users over to the new
system.  This one is so much better than the current version.
