[NSRCA-discussion] Winter break

I would vote for Phoenix where I used to live. Go in February, practice 
for a week and then fly in the Sun Valley Flyers contest. Would be two 
hard days on the road from Eastern Iowa. It is, of course, also another 
golf mecca.
There are plenty of reasons not to live in Phoenix but the flying 
weather in February is not on the list.
