I would vote for Phoenix where I used to live. Go in February, practice
for a week and then fly in the Sun Valley Flyers contest. Would be two
hard days on the road from Eastern Iowa. It is, of course, also another
golf mecca.<br>
There are plenty of reasons not to live in Phoenix but the flying
weather in February is not on the list.<br>

I've come up with an idea. I'm thinking about, starting next winter,

for 5 - 7 days. Somewhere I can get a week long membership in a club,
hole up <br>
in a Motel 6 and fly for a week... Something to look forward to the
first half
of winter<br>
then something to last me until spring.<br>
Does anyone have any suggestions as to where?<br>
