[NSRCA-discussion] Contest in the Louisville/Fort Knox area?

When you only look a map they seem OK, but if you consider the pattern population hotspots they don't make much sense, at least by my casual observation. How much drift has there been in the hotspots over time? Considering a hotspot is maybe a dozen or so active pilots they would tend to rise and fall over time.
