[NSRCA-discussion] Contest in the Louisville/Fort Knox area?

 The NSRCA borders are strange.
 Think about it D4 runs west all the way to Missouri. To think that Rough River was probably the biggest and most imoportant contest in D4 for many years has to get you thinking. 
 Does anyone think there should be a realignment of the Districts. Like D4 being more north and D5 being more south? Mike
