[NSRCA-discussion] Aileron dual rates

To me, (and, I don't consider myself an expert) the roll rate definitely 
changes with airspeed, for a series of rolls.  Faster airspeed = faster roll 
rate, all else equal.  After Dave Guerin pointed out the following fact, I 
found he was exactly right:  If you're rolling to the right, subsequent 
rolls are at a slower rate.  If rolling to the left, the airplane seems to 
"wrap up" and roll faster, for the second and faster yet for the third.  If 
you're on the stops, you can't vary the control input to make constant the 
roll rate.  (I'm on the stops, and just settle for what I can get!)
