[NSRCA-discussion] Weight limit in AMA classes

_If_ you change the rules and disassociate AMA pattern airplanes from 
the FAI size/weight rules, then we need to change the aircraft rules to 
a size where airplanes are already being designed. Let's say...how about 
100cc and 25 pounds? That would fit in the box.
