[NSRCA-discussion] Cline Regulator for Sale?

Is that the secret to getting it right? I tried to help someone once that had tried unsuccessfully to get his engine running right and was not able to do any better (not sure how far out of wack he had already changed things).

I set the engine w/o the pump on the stand, then connected the pump and adjusted the pump pressure setting so that the engine ran the same.
