I also favor pull-pull using a bell crank to reduce the angular rotation while increasing torque, which also allows tight cables without loading the servo bearings or mounting grommets.

You might consider pull-pull if the elevator can be set-up for it. You
will save the most weight with such a set-up

I think you should consider landing it first, as this will make things
considerably easier.
 
Probably the easiest system is the Lockhart pushrod setup.  I've got
pictures...

Hi  All,
 I want to remove the servos from the tail of an already flying plane
to move the cg forward. Thought I had a DEPS kit in stock but it was
used in another project.
 Please share your pushrod ideas, especially since this plane has a
tail stiffener that will make installing the DEPS quite difficult.
Pictures, links, etc would be greatly appreciated.
