[NSRCA-discussion] Online K-Factors...

I went to the NSRCA site to get the last couple of month's K-Factors to re-read Larry Kauffman's outstanding series of articles on moving up to Intermediate.
 
I foud that the latest on the website is February 2010, even though I have received that paper versions of March and April...:(  
 
Are the PDF versions held back for some reason?
