Can you make your own pack from Radio Shack nicad cells?

John - My neighborhood LHS has one on the wall for $45.95 - too rich for my
blood but if you want it, I'll snag it and send it to you for cost.

Mine's dead too -it's a 9v niCd as it sits - was wondering if some 3 cell
LiPos could be adapted into that form factor... or the niCd's replaces w/
Enerloops or similar...

This is a shot in the dark but you never know...
I have a cordless Dremel 7800 that I just love. Problem is it's been
discontinued and I'd like to get a spare battery. I can't find any online
from
any of the usual trusted sources. Anyone happen to know a local hobby shop
somewhere
that has one on the shelf? The Dremel part # is 785. It's 9.6v lithium.
Thanks!
JLK
