[NSRCA-discussion] Honda generator question

Before deciding between the 1000 and the 2000, I went to the Honda dealer and picked them both up.
30 seconds later I was purchasing the 2000 as it's a no brainer in Louisiana. It has been used to run a 110V 6000BTU A/C on 3 occasions. I do NOT regret the choice.

I am also looking at the 2000I. It weighs a bit more but would be a good back up system for the house if I have to run the fridge and a couple of lights in the event of a blackout.

Good one Andrew. I think your Dad told me that a non invertor type generator would probably work the Iota which would then work as a filter but after frying a TP 1010 with my cheapy so called generator from Ebay I didn't want to risk it again and got the good unit. Mike
