Yes.

It's got numbers for every maneuver:

5G.8. List of manoeuvres for composition of unknown schedules
5G.8.1. Centre manoeuvres
(Only one manoeuvre from each number group per schedule)
1.1 Rolling loop with one roll (from bottom) (K5)
1.2 Rolling loop with one roll (from bottom) inverted entry (K5)
1.3 Loop with 8-point roll (from bottom) (K5)
1.4 Loop with 8-point roll (from bottom) inverted entry (K5)
1.5 Loop with 4-point roll (from bottom (K5)
1.6 Loop with 4-point roll (from bottom) inverted entry (K5)
2.1 Two loops with half rolls at top (from bottom) (K3)
2.2 Two loops with half rolls at top (from bottom) inverted entry (K4)
2.3 Two loops with half rolls at bottom (from top) (K4)

And it has the rules for how the maneuvers are selected.  I heard
the finalists working on this.  There was some yelling involved,
some of it apparently humorous.

There's obviously a lot I don't understand about what maneuvers
are allowed to connect to others.

Let me meditate on it for a while.  I've just shot myself in the
foot and I have to get away from the keyboard for tonight and
zone out.
