That's pretty trivial.

If we assign a unique number to each maneuver,
every series of maneuvers would have a unique
sequence of ID numbers.

It's a piece of cake to compare one string of numbers
to another to find out whether they are identical.

Similarity is harder to detect.  Is it worthwhile to
practice with just one pair of maneuvers reversed?
The fingerprints would be different, but the actual
learning experience might not be worthwhile.

What we need first are the graphics.

I hear they come in pairs--one for upwind, one for
downwind.

Then we can talk about how the graphics get laid out
on a page, how to hook them together, how to total
K-Factor, etc.
