[NSRCA-discussion] Futaba 9Z Transmitter Battery

BlankMy 9Z transmitter battery is in need of replacement.

Would there be a problem replacing the batteries inside the plastic case
with a matched pack sold at the local hobby store and soldered to the
connector?

Any other suggestions?
