[NSRCA-discussion] USA CIAM Representative?

Well, the first thing we need to get cleared up is that the position  
of CIAM representative is an AMA position.  NSRCA does not have  
anything more than the ability to recommend an individual.  Ryan  
Smith explained what went on there, so I won't repeat what he wrote.   
AMA accepted the recommendation of Derek as the CIAM representative.   
Done deal.
