Try different size c.f. tubing.  I found some old arrow shafts I had laying around fit just right.

  I have a half dozen old Gator Wing adjusters in the drawer, but no phenolic tubing. Anyone have a source/part number etc for some phenolic tubing that'll work. I have not come across anything in my search on the net.
