Yes those work really well when it's cloudy. If there's any chance of the sun coming out though you may not want to use them, especiially if your eyes are sensitive. I have a few pairs of Zurichs and I try them until I find the best one for the conditions. I normally use the yellow for overcast and the medium or light rose tint for everything else. The rose colored lenses work almost like the yellow ones do - the colors are much more pronounced. They block more of the light though. I can actually fly through the sun with the medium rose lenses and I don't lose sight of the plane.
