Wow, it's down to 1% now? Last I heard a few years back it was 8% or so, 
and that included club events, etc. anything with a sanction. So it 
takes 1,724 Open memberships to pay for the FAI? 12% of the membership 
fees go directly to paying the FAI? Wow!!!
