[NSRCA-discussion] Gloves for winter flying

Look for polar fleece convertible mittens.  They're fingerless gloves, with a pocket you can pull over the fingers to protect them like mittens, or fold back out of the way.  Mine have magnets that hold the pocket out of the way against the back of the hand.  Some, like mine, also have a thumb pocket that folds back.

Does anyone have a recommendation for gloves that leave you with enough finger dexterity to fly in cold weather?

Thanks
