[NSRCA-discussion] OS140 Header/Pipe

I am installing a OS140RX engine and OS Header, and a Bolly MF 480 R pipe
into a new (Impact) airframe. From the "Bolly Book" this appears to be more
of a muffler than a tuned pipe. This model is not in the "book".

 

Is anyone running this configuration?

 

Space is a little tight and I was thinking of cutting off some of the header
but have no idea of the implications of this move. Evidently Bolly no longer
produces CF pipes and I can find no specific information on this setup.
