This is where I am as thick as a brick. I thought the size limit was 
what limited the size.

Apparently the major fear is that without the weight limit we would all 
need alcohol burning 50cc 2-meter biplanes to compete.

Either that or we would have planes with 2-meter wings and a fuse that 
is 2-meters tall.
