[NSRCA-discussion] GWS Servo/Transmitter Tester/Tachometer

Does it measure pulse width out of the newer Futaba high speed receivers?  I noticed my Jeti box didn't.  The Schulze ESC didn't like it either.  Can't take the high frame rate I guess.
