Not sure. The best way to figure that out is to lick your finger, put it on the heatsink and power that baby up. Let us know what happens... LOL

Does anyone have any technical knowledge of the JETI ESC? Particularly about how the heatsink is attached and whether there is an electrical connection to the heatsink?
