Dave:
I went to South Africa many years ago, and had a great time.  Kruger game 
preserve alone was worth the trip; the animals in the wild appeared to be 
actually shined and polished, they were so much different from what we see 
in zoos.  And, you didn't mention seeing any Impala.  We saw them by the 
thousands; our guide mentioned that they were named after that model 
Chevrolet.  (South African humor!)
