[NSRCA-discussion] JR 9303 mode 2 to mode 4

Guys,

I have a flying buddy here in Knoxburg that some of you may remember 
-- Ed Hartley.  He sent his X-9303 to horizon and they converted it 
for him.  They swore it had to be done there, and was not something a 
user could do.  It has worked flawlessly for over a year, now.
