Bob and Mike are both correct... NiMH batteries have to be "broken in".... I've had
quite a few packs that took around 10 cycles before they would actually peak to capacity.
But, if you over stress them before the break in period is over, they will never come up
to capacity. Cycling them with tender loving charges will do nicely!
