[NSRCA-discussion] Fuel tanks clunks

I strongly recommend the YS foam clunk, they're awesome! Pricy, but they last a very long time and in my experience completely remove the problem of bubbles (plus get every last drop of fuel in the tank). They're also much easier than bladder tanks or header tanks.

  The OS clunk is heavier, and works better with the common fuel tubing we use.  The Dubro piece is so light that it will not bend fuel tubing to the bottom of the tank.
