Hey Adrian 
most likely your wings are not perfectly aligned,, for inc.
this causes a lot of problems ,,,on knife edge the wing flying on top is partially blanked by the fuse  as are the stabs  so the bottom wing/ stab ,, has more effect on trim and guidance. and this can cause the problem ,,,very easy to miss on setup,, it probably wants to roll out too.
I would then go to the stab halves and make sure stab halves and elevators are perfect ,you can do a diminishing surface reflection check  with your eyes from the back of the airplane for a quick adjustment  ,, then check with a good tool ..like Jerry Buds laser setup and make sure it`s perfect ,,, no deferential ,
 also sounds like you may be a little tail heavy ,,, and the inc. on your wings are sub 1/2 deg pos . 90% of the reason your going to the belly on left rudder 
BTW the more tail heavy you fly ,, the more right and down thrust you need
