[NSRCA-discussion] Snap entry in FAI

Not that the plane breaks only in pitch, but also whichever wing you are 
snapping to stalls and makes a clean snap roll instead of a dirty aileron 
roll.  There are a couple of factors and fundamentals to a #10 snap roll.
