[NSRCA-discussion] Nats NSRCA Banquet

All - The NSRCA Nats Banquet/general membership meeting will be held
7:00 - 9:30 P.M on Wednesday, July 23rd at the Cardinal Hills Country
Club (3900 S Whitney Road; Selma, IN 47383).  The country club is
about three miles and eight minute's driving time from the main
entrance of the AMA complex (5161 E. Memorial Drive; Muncie, IN
47302).  Check out driving directions on Mapquest or Google Maps.

The banquet will be served buffet style and the menu will be:
Mains: Round of roast beef, sliced and served with light brown gravy,
plus baked chicken breast, with roasted herb seasoning
Sides: Tossed salad with 2 dressings,  scalloped potatoes, buttered
corn, peas and pearl onions
Rolls

A pay-as-you-go bar will be available

Tickets will cost $15 each (tip included) and will be available at Nats
Headquarters, at the Pilot's Meeting, from site directors and from
several NSRCA board members.  Please try to have the right change,
to make it easier for those selling tickets.

We need to have a head count by noon Tuesday, July 22nd.  Even
though we will be allowed to sell up to 10% more tickets than the
head count, please don't count on buying tickets late.  We don't want
to oversell tickets.
