[NSRCA-discussion] Altitude limits

Be careful about this.  The top of the box over the 150m poles is 844 ft.  I fly with several guys that have eagle systems altimeters and they show that the top of the vertical 8, vertical S, etc. are consistently at about 800 ft for what we would consider a "normal" presentation.
