I like the "8 Ball" made by Fromeco.  It has a nice led readout unloaded and then with a 1 amp load.  Gives a no fly warning at 6.9 volts but continues to show the voltage so you can use it for non-lipo packs too.

I've had a Radio South digital ESV for years and I really like it.  It's
small, zero maintenance (no batteries) and dead simple to operate.
