[NSRCA-discussion] Kavan starter with Li-Po battery

If you order new brushes from Hobby Lobby -they incude a special pin set to 
hold the brushes open.
I would take it apart and see if you can see nything obvious. I just 
replaced the brushes on 4 of them , and each one was fine after the brushes 
were replaced. I did have an armature winding break loose a long time 
ago-sent it back and they sent me a new one with a fix in it.
