One thing to keep in mind...I recently checked my Kavan Starter as it
hesitated and I thought the brushes were going south. What I found is that
the power cables were shorting together after being worn through from years
of use. I've only used the standard NiCd pack...
I shutter to think what might have happened if I were using a LiPo...
Food for thought...You may want to check the wiring frequently and
addressing a prevention method if you consider LiPo batteries...
