[NSRCA-discussion] X9303 2.4GHz Gimbal Wire Bulletin

I hate to say it as a loyal Futaba flyer, but JR certainly addressed 
this issue in a timely manner.  Even to say that this has occurred in 
many transmitters and not just an isolated occurrence as one of the 
other "manufacturer" often states.
