Just to follow up here - in case there are any "old school" list users
out there....

Folks who are familiar with Majordomo type list admin interaction may
recognize the above -owner, -request address format. Back in the dark
ages, before the web became the Internet in the eyes of popular culture
and you had to be a geek to get on the 'Net, e-mail lists were
administered by mailing commands to specific list addresses. Mailman
still supports that style of interaction, but it is list specific - so
the appropriate addresses for this list would have been
nsrca-discussion-request, nsrca-discussion-owner...

In fact, if you look at the headers of each list e-mail, you'll see
this helpful trail of bread crumbs:

List-Unsubscribe:
<http://lists.nsrca.org/mailman/options/nsrca-discussion>,
<mailto:nsrca-discussion-request at lists.nsrca.org?subject=unsubscribe>

List-Archive: <http://lists.nsrca.org/pipermail/nsrca-discussion>

List-Post: <mailto:nsrca-discussion at lists.nsrca.org> List-Help:
<mailto:nsrca-discussion-request at lists.nsrca.org?subject=help>

List-Subscribe:
<http://lists.nsrca.org/mailman/listinfo/nsrca-discussion>,
<mailto:nsrca-discussion-request at lists.nsrca.org?subject=subscribe>

In addition to the information in each message header, the list server
also send out a monthly password reminder to each member and each list
message also contains this handy footer pointing to the URL for the top
level of the list web interface:

> http://lists.nsrca.org/mailman/listinfo/nsrca-discussion

At the bottom of that page, it says:

To unsubscribe from NSRCA-discussion, get a password reminder, or change
your subscription options enter your subscription email address:

All you have to do is enter the e-mail address you subscribed to the
list with, and the server will take you to a page to either unsubscribe
(with e-mail verification), get a password reminder mailed to you, or if
you know your password, edit your options.

If you have any other questions or problems with the list, please let me
know.

Apologies to those who are well versed in Mailman lists already...
