That header is no longer available, but a new version with roughly the same outlet location is available from Central Hobbies. The description is  NMP PATTERN HEADER (NMPPH)    $59.90. You should also run a brace to prevent header breakage.

A friend of mine had a header break on his YS and would like to know

The engine I have is a YS 140 4-cycle LIMITED.  It's a 1990's model.
Maybe you can find out what header will work with it and where to get it.
