As I remember (It has been a while) it was associated with filtering mail
from unauthorized senders. There was a link to a screen where you entered
your name and e-mail address for verification, after which I think it worked
OK.

To those who replied to my test:  Thanks.  The whole thing started when I
couldn't message Tony Stillman; I get a screen that states that my message
was not delivered because it is "unauthorized."  Or some such.
Apparently at least some messages that are so marked are, in fact, getting
through.
