[NSRCA-discussion] JR Datasafe alternative?

A year or two ago, someone (in the UK I think) came out with an alternative
product to JR's Datasafe.  It allowed transfers/conversions  of data between
some models of JR transmitters that Datasafe could not handle.  Can anyone
point me at a source for it?   The main thing I want to do is display Tx
settings without using the transmitter, which I think it may have been
capable of?
